Classes may be retaken only with a reservation. "Re-Enrollment" in the class may be delayed if space is not available.




ABOUT OUR TRAINER

All of our classes will be taught by industry veteran, Dawn Goehrig. Dawn has been featured on shows such as David Letterman, Fox News Channel, Animal Planet's DOGS 101, and Pet Star.  With over 20 years experience training animals, some of Dawn's many credits include the training and handling of dogs for television, commercials, and print, including:

…as well as many other news channels for her frequent work in schools and for charity!



A Little Bit About Dawn…
A graduate of the Exotic Animal and Training Program in Moorpark, CA., Dawn raised and trained a variety of wildlife for educational programs including wolves, coyote, birds of prey, parrots, and many more. It's from this work with wild animals from which she developed her hands off training philosophy.

For the last 9 years Dawn and her 14 rescued dogs (The Comedy Canines) perform at the Comedy Barn Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN. All of her 14 dogs are rescued and have been trained by Dawn to educate and entertain! The Comedy Canines perform 6 nights a week…almost 500 shows a year!

Prior to the Comedy Barn, Dawn was a regional manager for a nationwide dog training company where she supervised and trained up to 75 dog trainers.

In addition to her theater work, Dawn can also be found at expos, charity events, trade shows, and school shows throughout the year.

BASIC OBEDIENCE CLASS

This class is for "teenage" and adult dogs 6 months and up at the start of the class. Your dog will learn to sit, lay down, drop, leave it, walking without pulling, paying attention and wait. Problem Solving techniques will teach you how to discipline your dog from jumping, chewing, digging, nipping and any other specific problems owners experience.

Class Date: Saturday 04/06/2013, Saturday 04/13/2013 and Saturday 04/20/2013
# of Sessions: 3
Class Length: approximately 90 minutes per session (this is a 3 session class).
Start Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: The Barker Lounge, Sevierville, TN
Cost: $75 per dog (for all 3 sessions)

VERY IMPORTANT
Full payment for class as well as proof of all required vaccinations must be provided prior to class.

All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella.

**All dogs who use our training services must meet the same vaccination requirements required for daycare and boarding.
